One of the world's top 3 biggest waterfalls, our last visit is the Victoria Falls. Right now it's in the middle of dry season and the amount of water that runs down the fall is so much smaller than we expected. It's like 1/10th of what we see in the picture in the guide book. I would definitely recommend to come during the rainy season. However here are some of my constructive points of dry falls. You don't get wet. The basin is so obvious. You don't bump to other people. You also get a feel of cliffs. You save your time. You get to see the flowers and greens. My wife seemed so excited because of negative ion. Besides, there are view points on both sides, from Zambia and from Zimbabwe. I would strongly recommend not to see from the Zambia side during the dry season. It is so small that you may survive from performing water ablutions by the fall.

Later, we heard from an angry guide we met in the forest that there are lions in the national park. Besides, humans are not capable of running away from mad elephants. Above all that, we were still so excited walking into the forest to see the elephants, got off the bed even earlier and took off. However, shit after shit we walked by, there were no elephants alive we could observe. After all, we decided to get a help from the local people at the souvenir shop. It was amazing how attentive they catch walking elephants in the forest. The elephants were so gorgeous even looking through the bush and as we got closer, the elephants were so intimidated that the serious look in the guide's face was even more impressive. Regardless, it was sooooooooo much fun!!!!!
For your information, it seems pretty dangerous going in there since there are crocodiles and all kinds of wild animals even though it is not out of bounds. Do not catch elephants with flipping ears. If you do, sorry but it is too late.

We are in a small tourist town right next to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. It is surrounded by a national park where we can meet a bunch of wild animals. Even in the town, there are baboons crawling on the roofs and desert warthogs crossing streets with their children. We took a walk early in the morning impressed, towards a spot above the fall where we heard that wild elephants gather for bathing. It was quite thrilling walking across the forest with huge deers and all kinds of apes right by us contrary to safari tour by automobiles. Unfortunately all we found was their bones, as a matter of fact, it really was exciting and fun. We are coming back tomorrow!
